Project Scope and Business Plan for Project: ME
1. Problem – ME is a newly and small innovating technology company that plans to evolve and take over social media networking. To make everyday life for the average individual life complex. Our system is based upon audits that invigilate lifestyles.
This project plan can be characterized as the initial launch, execution, and delivery of ME. The ultimate intended objective and outcome of this project is to generate sufficient ME application software product in a phased approach that will allow the company to begin marketing segmentation to generate sales and revenue to launch Me.
• To have met the needs of every living individuals who have a strong interest in technology who owns a computer or cell phone.
• Not only to provide a cell phone application that is affordable and life changing but alleviate multiple pages in your cellphone that takes up storage space.
• Target every working and busy individual and their lifestyles.
• To have this software in every small and large entity also properly functioning as the "middle man" and remove the "waiting process"
2. Pitch- Me will provide necessary functions to help individuals reduce time wasted by positions held by other individuals to fulfil the customer’s requests or need. We understand that the need for computer application is essential for everyday life, so it is our goal to try to keep up with the latest trends and demands of our customers. It is the best interest of the company to hire highly trained and talented staff that can perform up to the standards of our company and who can fulfill needs of the clientele. Although it may be sometimes impossible to meet the needs of everyone, it is our goal to form an alliance with other corporate entity and social networks within the internet market that can provide a service in which we do not have expertise in.
3. Accomplishments:
 Me will profit future funds through corporate entities and Google ads with in marketing strategies guidelines of Me. People of all ages

 To have met the needs of every living individuals who have a strong interest in technology who owns a computer or cell phone.
 To have teamed up with other technology partners to link social networking at its best. Including most major companies such as Microsoft, Bing, Yahoo, Google, Linken, Facebook, and Twitter just to name a few.
