Where Bourbon Street meet Bourbon County

To return a successful concept and cuisine of New Orleans Cajun-creole to the New Hampshire seacoast. Having seen the success of a previous restaurant that I ran for the chef owner, I feel that the concept would be welcome back, coupled with the fact that the cuisine has no direct competition in the market.

It is a 40 seat upscale dining restaurant with a 15+ seat lounge, as well as a 30 seat roof-top deck when weather permits. We are focusing on a New Orleans influenced Cajun-Creole cuisine, fused with the local New England tradition.

Our restaurant will showcase the ‘spirit’ of New Orleans and it’s unique cuisine, and the goal is to inspire consumers to explore a variety of new and creative options for mixing wine, spirits and food. Unique pairings, cooking with wine and spirits, and the art of mixology are just some of the combinations that will be presented at these fun, casual events.

Either through a collateral $100,000 investment, or a complete $300,000 loan, I am offering a 25% return on investment within a 1 years time frame, as well as a percentage of sales/profits of business during the tenure of the repayment time frame.

Or a short term loan of $100,000, the money can be submitted directly to the bank, I never having direct access to it. The money under my name is used for a loan, to which upon approval you would receive your entire principle back. No attachment to loan, lease, anything. ROI to be discussed and paid upon opening.

All factors are completely negotiable.
