Nutrition education is severely lacking in the United States, and we need more companies who actively take a role in educating consumers on how to make healthier choices when eating.
I got the idea for the theme boxes from noticing how my own eating habits affected my well-being. I struggled with some health issues like (chronic sinusitis), and saw a handful of doctors, neurologists, a neurosurgeon, eye doctors, a pain specialist, and primary care doctors, but none of them really helped that much. After 2 sinus surgeries with mixed results, what I've found to be the most helpful in managing my symptoms is intelligent food choices. With this knowledge, I want to help educate others about healthy eating & help people focus on the health goal that they want to achieve.
We hope our collections of products and our blog will shape new habits for those who decide to embark on this journey with us.
