Senor Campos TacoShop

by Stephen Paul Campos
(Buckeye, Arizona)

I have been in the Mexican Food Industry for most of my life. My father Art Campos was a pioneer in the Mexican Food Industry in California in 1947. He pioneered the first Mexican Fast Food Franchise in 1964.
I was involved his my fathers business all of my life. I have owned and operated four restaurant franchises called Senor Campos. I also have a book on amazon.com / Stephen paul campos, "Senor Campos Family Secrets and Recipes".
Currently, I am looking to open a Mexican Taco Shop in Buckeye-Verrado District, Arizona where I live. There is NO Mexican Food in the area. Verrado is a wonderful community, about 15 West of Phoenix off HWY 10. It is a growing community with 5,000 homes by DMB Builders. We have two championship Golf Courses and the community has a median income of $110,000 per family.
My plan is to open a fast food Taco Shop that seats 75, approximately 1800 sq. ft., with my families Mexican Food recipes. There is no other type of Mexican Food within 15 miles.
I have personally owned and operated four Senor Campos Franchises in the past. I have personally invested my money for start up cost. The proto-type will have franchise capabilities for the future. I plan to work the business full time.
I am looking for investors with a total capital needed of $175,000.
I have the menu and location picked out in the newest Fry's Shopping Center that will be built in 2019.
. I have restaurant plans, design, menu and employee procedures.
The business will be unique in the area and be a really big hit!
I am a Army Veteran and also a author helping military and veterans get help with resources for mental health recovery.
You can see all my books on amazon.com / Stephen paul campos.
Thank you,
Stephen Paul Campos
