FOR THE MINISTRY OF THE TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRCUTURE (MOT) DATA CENTRE PROJECT

The Company Main Office is located at E20, Jamena Apartments, 4th floor, 6th Parkland, Nairobi, Kenya and P.O. 50069-00100 registered based on the Company Act (Cap. 486)
Based on our last meeting held at your office dated May 25, 2015, the management team decided to request for the assistance in financing the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MOT) Data Center Project from the bank as a suitable financing scheme for 90 months (90 days) (three months) against the MOT contract signed payment terms and condition, the company is responsible of repaying the same based on the banks terms and conditions with 90 days period.
 
Our requirement
We are looking for the finance to pay to our distributors/vendors for goods / material supplied and implemented and ordering new ICT equipment’s for Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Project. Detail of the Finance requirement and payable to supplier attached APPENDIX ‘A’

We are looking for approximately 30 million to order the ICT infrastructure; we would like to receive the support from the bank

The total project value is - 130,739,260.55

The project duration for the MOT 4 months as per the schedule the project will be handed over to customer by end of August 30 2015.

We have already invoiced for the payment dated Feb 25, 2015 Invoice No. 0502 Amount Ksh 62,754,845.06 (In Words : Sixty two million Seven hundred fifty four thousand and Eight hundred forty five kenya shilling and Six cents)

We have received an approval for Ksh 47,205,175.95 from the UNES Consultant and Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure

We are looking for approximately 30 million to order the ICT infrastructure; we would like to receive the support from the bank
