Looking for active or passive investors for telecommunications project in Cameroun and Central Africa.

This project is a new communication structure ISP / ISP and Digital Media. It is totally designed to reduce the digital divide on the African continent. Its primary role is to provide access to high speed internet and digital TV for home users and businesses in all countries of the sub region (CEMAC and the African continent). The tools to make it are WIFI, WI MAX and Satellite.

Country of origin is Cameroun, with expansion options in six countries (Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Congo and CAR).

Initial investment is $1million for Cameroun, expandable in later rounds to $14 million to include the markets in the other countries.

Local credit institutions are interested in participation once investors are aboard.

Narcisse EKWE: Originator of the project. Sponsor of cultural and sporting events. Business manager.

Marc-Rotgé RIBES: Graduated from the National School of Taxation of Clermont-Ferrand and the National Institute of Professional Training Treasury, Former Controller External Services Treasury

ABIA OSSIMA Hyacinthe: business manager, holds a Graduate Diploma of Commerce (DESC) in Human Resources Management.

Gaétan Teje: He assured several orders of supervision and management functions in sales and marketing in Europe, Africa and Canada.

MBISSOKO NDOUMA Marcel: Engineer in Computer Systems and Networks Specialist WIFI - CPL - Voice over IP and obtained certificate Solar Wireless Academy for Development in Cameroon.

Ferdinand DJOLLA EWANG: Project management in the Ministry of Health. Holds a BA in Management-Management, a Master 1 in Finance and Accounting and a MBA of Business Administration'.
