Over the past 9 years I have developed a solar panel system that is the first to ever reach grid parity, I.e., the cost for the system is equal to or less than the cost the home or business owner is currently paying for electricity. The market is unlimited. In addition, I am developing a generator for electric cars that will increase the range between charges from the current 100-mile range to between 400-500 miles between charges. The solar panel system is ready to market. The generator has been tested in theory and is ready to build and test on a vehicle. I am seeking an equity investment of 10-25 million US for startup, patents, and development. Expected return is unlimited with IPO in 2-3 years.
