Equity Ownership Opportunity- Multifamily rehab 334 units

ASP Commercial Group currently has a project we are looking to fill, this is not a standard purchase it is a buy-out. Here are some details,

I am partnering with another investor on a 334 unit repositioning in Memphis TN. He purchased the project in foreclosure for $1,928,000

He wants another active business partner so I am buying into the deal this means buying out his current investors who are passive.

Funds needed: $865,000.

We will then finish the renovation, when leased up our total investment will be $3,500,00 into the property, it will be worth $5,300,000. We plan to sell in year 3 after stabilization.

I am giving 40% ownership to Equity Investors that want a good return on there capital.
Or just a private loan, but as a JV the ROI is greater than 60% within 3 years.

This private loan must be structured as debt with a 2nd position. My partner already has a first mortgage.

I have a property package available for review.

This deal is very lucrative we plan to raise this capital very soon from private investors.
