Energy Efficiency and Sustainability of European Historical Heritage estate.

(Milan- Italy)

Around a quarter of the existing building stock in Europe was built prior to the middle of the last century. Many such buildings, often valued for their cultural, architectural and historic significance not only reflect the unique character and identity of European cities but include essential infrastructure for housing, public buildings etc. A significant number of these historic buildings continue to use conventional inefficient fossil-fuel based energy systems typically associated with high energy costs and with greater than average CO2 emissions and cost of refurbishment.
Pangenesi is a company that carries out energy and sustainability redevelopment of historical buildings. The objectives are pursued through the enhancement of the building, resulting in improved comfort with optimized power consumption and an increase in the profitability of the property. Pangenesi is an ESCO (Energy Service Company), that intends to apply the business model of reference in a genuine way: now it is proposed as a subject capable of taking over the technological risk and financial planning, to a partial or total extent, to be agreed with the customer from time to time. We carry out the study and intervention at our expense in exchange for a portion of the gain realized thanks to the efficiency achieved.

We are seeking 300K Euros in order to complete the start-up phase and go to market.
The proceeds will be used for market survey, business plan, marketing plan,
staffing and financial consultancy.
We offer to investors fixed return, excellent profitability, long-term growth.
