WE ARE A LONG ESTABLISHED,LEADING,FIJI ISLANDS GROWER/PROCESSOR/EXPORTER TO THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET AND ARE SEEKING INTEREST FROM A POTENTIAL "ANGEL" TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO ASSIST US FAST TRACK AN INITIAL 150 ACRE FRESH PINEAPPLE VENTURE, ON THE 2ND LARGEST ISLAND IN THE GROUP, VANUA LEVU. PRODUCTION WILL BE EXPORTED TO NEW ZEALAND, WHERE WE HAVE A GUARANTEED MARKET.

OUR PROJECT IN PHASE 1, HAS FIJI GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FINANCIALLY, BY WAY OF AN APPROX. US$58,000 GRANT PROVIDED TO US, TO ASSIST WITH THE PRODUCTION AND PURCHASE OF PLANTING MATERIAL. AT THE 3rd YEAR, WE PLAN TO BE EXPORTING, SUBJECT TO EXPEDITIOUS PROVISION OF PLANTING MATERIAL, 5 X 20FT FCL's (approx. 50 tons) WEEKLY, 52 WEEKS OF THE YEAR, WHICH IS APPROX. 50% OF THE CURRENT N.Z.ANNUAL IMPORTS. DUE TO FIJI's UNIQUE GROWING CONDITIONS, OUR PRODUCT IS SUPERIOR IN ALL RESPECTS, TO THAT CURRENTLY ON THE N.Z. MARKET FROM OTHER ORIGINS. FIJI ONLY GAINED N.Z. BIO SECURITY APPROVAL, TO EXPORT IN 2012,AND THERE IS NO VOLUME PRODUCTION BEING EXPORTED CURRENTLY.

PHASE 2, SUBJECT TO COMPLETION OF DUE DILIGENCE, WHICH IS CURRENTLY BEING UNDERTAKEN, INVOLVES THE RE INTRODUCTION OF COMMERCIAL FRESH BANANA PRODUCTION, AND WILL INVOLVE EVENTUALLY AT LEAST 2,000 ACRES, ALSO TARGETED AT THE N.Z. MARKET, WHICH HAS THE HIGHEST PER CAPITA CONSUMPTION OF BANANAS IN THE WORLD !.
