1.0 WE will plant tree for every solar rooftop we installed
2.0 We install PV system to every house, collect payment for what they use. Cost of power will be 1 peso lower than the power rates.
3.0 Excess power produce by every house, we will sell to the grid.
4.0 All tax credits and possible carbon footprint claim will be claim by the company.
5.0 Install system for outright purchase thru loan approval/finance by the bank
Power Sales: Per KWH
1.0 Utility Solar Farm: Php 7.50 -8.50 (USD 0.17+ / KWH – USD 0.19+/ KWH)
2.0 Commercial/Industrial: Php 7.50 -8.50 (USD 0.17+ / KWH – USD 0.19+/ KWH)
3.0 Households: Php 10.00 – 12.00 (USD 0.22+ / KWH – USD 0.27+/ KWH)
4.0 Government: Php 8.50 (USD 0.19+/ KWH)
1.0 Company will gain profit from the installation (20-30% overall mark-up for the system cost)
2.0 Company will gain profit from the material mark-up (5-10% of direct material cost)
3.0 Company will gain profit from the loan capital ( 2-3 % additional for loaned capital)
4.0 Company will claim the other possible incentives (tax credits, etc)
1.0 Promote and coordinate to existing subdivisions (Home Owners Association)
2.0 Tie-up with Land Developers/Subdivision Developer
3.0 Tie-up with the government National Housing projects
4.0 Install to every interested home owner and make contract metering scheme
