Seeking capital to combine with my own to purchase service franchise rights in South Florida

(Coral Springs, FL)

The residential cleaning industry has steadily grown over the years. It is anticipated to be a $50b industry by the end of 2013. The industry is a combination of fragmented individual house cleaners, small local cleaners and franchises.

The franchise residential cleaning industry is strong and continues to grow. Typical franchises success has been obtained by focusing on higher household income targets that have the following characteristics:

• Time starved, dual income family looking for help with the cleaning chores
• Majority of customers will use a cleaning service every other week
• The growth of “empty nesters” demographic

I have negotiated the rights to purchase 1 Territory in South Florida and an option on 2 additional Territories from the Franchisor. Each territory has over 100,000 qualified households with income of $75k or greater. No Franchise competitor has more than 1% of the market, and all are very successful.

The Franchisor has a history of successful franchisees in the cleaning industry and its' commercial division was ranked #2 as fastest growing franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine (behind only Subway)in 2013. The residential opportunity is led by an 18 year veteran who has shaped competitors success over the years.

I have worked for the Franchisor for the last 16 months and am bringing over 30 years of knowledge to the local business along with my Wife's 20 years of advertising and sales success in the B2B and B2C markets along with personal funds to start and grow this business. We are seeking additional capital to fund this opportunity and allow us to get to breakeven as budgeted by month 15.

Bill Hallway claims to be able to fund within 24 hours, but my experience with him has been horrible! He promised to get me funded within 24 hrs, after I had to pay $250, then he asked me to pay $405 for a certificate of collateral and even after all that he was asking for more money. I never received my funds and now I have to wait and see if he would be honest enough to return my money. I highly doubt it, but I will keep you informed
