(A) It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as a leading International Trading, Manufacturing, Finance, Real Estate, Hotel, Consultancy Travel, Trek , Hydro Power and Services company. Our offices are in Nepal , India and Bangladesh and we are going to establish more offices in China, Sri Lanka and Pakistan in the very near future.
(B)We have been doing national and international business since the last 37 years in this region.
(C) For your information in Nepal we are facing a lot of problems to run our daily life such as industries, offices and home etc. Because of many hours load shedding every day.
Hydro Electricity Power producing companies are not going to establish new Hydro Power plant to producing more electricity to reduce our load shedding hours in Nepal.
Even though they are going to establish a new Hydro Power Plant in Nepal, that will take more than (8) Eight to (10) Ten years to produce electricity, and our public demand is increasing day by day, and water levels are decreasing, in the winter / dry season in that condition we will be facing more than 14 hours load shedding problem in our life. Hydro Power project cost is also very high compared to our Magnetic Power Plant.
(D)That is why we are planning to bring a 300 MWE Magnetic Power Plant in Nepal to produce electricity as soon as possible, to reduce our load shedding hours. It will take only two years time to produce electricity.
(E) This Power Plant's life is for (40) forty years guaranteed by the Manufacturing/Supplier company.
(F) It is 100% pollution free to run a Magnetic Power Plant; it is written and appreciated by the USA, Canadian and European governments, and many more.
(G) Our Govt. is ready to purchase our 100% of the electricity and going for 35 year, and we are going to sign an agreement before we establish this project.
(H)It will be tax free for (15) fifteen years.
(I) The project costs will be 954 Million US$.
(J) We are looking for Joint venture partners or loan investors to invest in this project.
(L) The whole project cost will be returned in Less than Six years.
