IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPLEX AGRO-INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATED PROJECT: LIVESTOCK, MEAT PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION IN MALI

the Company Ginna – UNPA-Sarl (Ginna - Universal Trading of
Agricultural Products) took the initiative of the project to create an industrial complex
breeding, production and distribution of meat in Mali.
This in order to supply, first the Malian population in meat, in sufficient quantity and of good quality;
and second position, enhance the value of the livestock sector, resulting in an export level of the subregion.
This project will develop on three major areas namely :
Modern slaughter chain (Line: cattle, sheep and goat and poultry) ;
Integrated Livestock: Fish farming – poultry ;
Breeding and fattening (cattle and sheep and goat).

the major axes of the project all fall within the dynamism of development and
government policy of Mali namely :
- Improving the Malian income ;
- Job creation ;
- The settlement of valid arm of the operating area ;
- Technology transfer ;
- The modernization of the livestock sector and meat production.
The implementation of the entire project, we identified a need for funding of a total of $12.5 Million Dollars
