To all potential Lenders,
I publish this message, because I'm interested in cooperating with you, and now seek your help. If you do not mind, I want to send you information about business project to build a Greenhouse Complex with size 38Ha /
87,5 acres for production of roses in Bulgaria with a total price of US $ 398.5M unsecured loan and no initial fee. This amount includes an investment of US $ 40.5M for building an additional production plant for necessary energy that will replace natural gas and electricity /in the loan is included and this amount /. For raw material will be used household and industrial waste. So that the entire project will be "GREEN".
At first glance, of some may seem strange, but the production and the trade with flowers is a serious business. This is not fashion. It has long existed. This is serious business with high
added value and quick return on investment.
The floral industry is one of the major industries in many countries. Floriculture as an industry is a dynamic, global, fast-growing industry, which has achieved significant growth rates during the past few decades. In the 1950s, the global flower trade was less than US$3 billion. By 1994, it had grown to US$100 billion. In recent years, the floral industry has grown six percent annually, while the global trade volume in 2013 was US$101.84 billion.
The major markets for flower trade being Germany (22 %), the United States (15 %), France (10 %), the United Kingdom (10 %), the Netherlands (9 %), Japan (6 %), Italy (5 %), and Switzerland (5 %). Recent data annually trade with flowers is as follows: USA - $1250M, Great Britain - $1070M, France – $750M, Germany –$855M, Russia – $190M and there is a strongly expressed tendency of increase of purchases.
For those who are interested in this proposal I can offer Business Plan Executive Summary and the Contract for the sale of all future production.
I take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to read the content of this my letter.
We look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
