FUNDING FOR DIABETES CLINICS & RESEARCH CENTER IN NORTH INDIA

Capitano Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. has decided to set-up state-of-the-art 10 nos. Diabetes Centers & Research Clinical Care Hospital in northern region, India

India is named as "Diabetes Capital of the World" with more than 65.1 million people with diabetes (likely to increase 125 million by 2035) and 72 million people at pre-diabetes stage, are suffering from this disease. 42.5% of Delhi population suffers from this disease and rank first among the metro cities. Inspite on modern & world class healthcare facilities, India has no dedicated speciality diabetes treatment centers.

Capitano Healthcare has plans to set-up 10 nos. state-of-the-art diabetes centers in next 20 months time in northern region. Each center shall be equipped with OPD section for Diabetes and Heart check-up facilities including Echo & TMT, Dietitian Consultation, Small Seminar Room, Pharmacy, Clinical Screening Test (non-invasive assessment of insulin resistance, beta cell function and estimation of impaired glucose tolerance, cardiac function etc, covers as many as 30 vital health indicators), Foot Pressure Testing Measurements & Care and Ambulance facility etc. The company will use, first time in India, a non-invasive 7-minute cardio-vascular risk assessment test machines which includes early detection of Type-II diabetes, autonomous nervous system disorders, sudomotor dysfunction, endothelial vascular dysfunction etc .A centralized modern automatic Pathology Laboratory will also be set-up with in this space. The company is also working on the concept to provide "Care at Your Door Step" facility for elderly & disabled patients The capital outlay for these 10 centers will be US$ 3.50 million. Pay-back period of these centers will be less than 24 months only

The company has plans to set-up a most modern Diabetes Research & Clinical Care Hospital jointly with the world's largest, oldest (established in 1898) and most reputed chain of diabetes centers based in Boston USA and affiliated to Harvard Medical School. This hospital will be set-up in Delhi NCR region. The capital outlay for the hospital US$ 25 million. This hospital will be set-up once minimum 6 nos Diabetes Centers are fully operational & start making profits.

The company also has plans to offer comprehensive and holistic solution covering the entire spectrum in diabetes healthcare space by developing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) of Patients, Lab Information System and Hospital Management System etc. to increase the efficiency of the operations resulting in improved quality of care. EMR project requires US$ 2.00 million (in two tranches) for its implementation.

Capitano Healthcare is in serious negotiations to acquire exclusive distributorship for a new non-surgical clinically proven therapy, a revolutionary product developed first time in the world, that allows to control blood sugar without any permanent changes to anatomy. 95% of patients are able to reach healthy blood sugar levels which lead to significant reduction in diabetes medication and insulin. This will be the one of most profitable project with net returns over 70-80% of the sales revenue.

An Eminent Doctor who earlier worked as Director of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and presently advisor to India's most advanced Medi-City Super Speciality Hospital, Gurgaon, India, Government of Sri Lanka etc. has been engaged as consultant for the diabetes project.

The promoters of this project are highly qualified from the well-known foreign universities, earlier worked with KPMG, Publicis, Lowe etc.

We are looking for financial assistance for US$ 5.00 million in the first tranche
